Interesting article. Some of it is subjective to the point of weakening the argument, but the positive affirmation is appreciated.

Yeah, we did Tai Chi among other sports for gym class. Our teacher was a guy who studied with Shaolin Monks in China, but he was American.

Wow - that's a totally different high school experience. Strange and impressive at the same time. Did you really do Tai Chi for gym? My school web page sucks.

Wow, I've never read this book but it certainly rings true. I've been experiencing "emotion" for the last year and I can't help but agree that infusing emotion into your existance makes you stronger.

What you are for empowers you, what you are are against can only weaken you.

[...] After the movie I went to the Reservoir Lounge to see Sophia Perlman and the Vipers again. I had planned to see her last week already, but on Saturday I got a nice surprise — Sophia posted a comment on my blog! You can see it here. I’m convinced I have psychic powers as something like this happened to me a couple weeks earlier too — I thought about a person I haven’t talked to in a while and she messaged me shortly after. I wonder what sort of things I could do once I harness this power… [...]
